RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Should you not be totally satisfied with your print or cards for whatever reason, and as long as you return it to me with it’s clear cello-bag wrapping unopened and in it’s original packaging within 7 days a full refund will be given less a £10 re-stocking fee for prints. No fee is charged for returned cards. Return postage must be paid by you.

I will be happy to exchange any print or card(s) you buy provided that:-
1. The original item is returned to me unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be adequately wrapped to protect the contents and returned using the same carrier who delivered it to you.
2. The cost of returning the original item to me is paid by you. Insuring the item is advised as if it is lost or damaged during transit I will not give a refund.
3. The cost of shipping the replacement item is also paid by you.
No restocking fee will be charged for exchanged prints or cards.
FAULTY & DAMAGED ITEMS
It is extremely unlikely that any of my prints or cards will be sent out to customers with a fault. However, if a fault is discovered on receipt you should immediately let me have full details by email to email@example.com
If it is proven that the item(s) are faulty I will replace it immediately with no additional cost to you.
If your purchase(s) are found to be damaged on receipt I will require full details of the damage to be sent to me by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
For prints damaged whilst in transit from me to you the cost of replacement will be covered by insurance. Cards will not be covered except if they are ordered in quantities in excess of 50.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above conditions.
