Returns and Refunds Overview

Our returns and refunds policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

As part of the ordering process we will communicate with you by email to keep you informed of progress. The second email will ask you to confirm that we have the correct order details. If we do have correct details, we will ask you to reply with an “OK to Print” message. This gives us the go ahead to start production. Once production has begun there will be no opportunity to change your mind, exchange goods or claim a refund.

You will not be eligible to exchange goods or claim a refund simply because you have changed your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not sell any goods or services which are exempt from return or refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift Vouchers bearing names

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If returning your purchase, please do not send it back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Photographic Prints, Canvas Prints, Table Coasters, Jigsaw Puzzles, Greetings Cards  with obvious signs of wear or use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery date.

Refunds

Once your returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It is therefore vital that you include your email address. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days from the date you returned the item to us with required proofs, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 14 days from the date you returned the item to us with required proofs, please contact us at business@stevedavisonphotography.co.uk .

Sale items

Only regular priced items may qualify for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at business@stevedavisonphotography.co.uk and send your item to: Steve Davison Photography; 2, Granholme Close; Sutton in Craven; North Yorkshire; BD20 7HZ in its original packaging.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

If the gift was one of our Vouchers, and the gift giver had the Voucher mailed to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Steve Davison Photography;   2, Granholme Close; Sutton in Craven; North Yorkshire; BD20 7HZ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
