Site activity data
Whenever you visit www.stevedavisonphotography.co.uk certain information is collected and logged by the web server. This information is kept for a reasonable amount of time for purposes of traffic analysis. These logs include, but are not restricted to: your computer’s TCP/IP address, date, time and files viewed. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms
We collect your name and email address when you initially contact us via the Steve Davison Photography website contact form. No personal information supplied via the contact form or in any subsequent correspondence will be used for marketing purposes by Steve Davison Photography unless you consent to this, nor will this information be supplied to any third party.

Who we share your data with
We do not currently share your personal data with any third party.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.

Where we send your data

Your contact information
Please contact us at any time to request the removal of any other personal information that may be held by us. All email correspondence between us will be then be deleted, your name, address and email address removed from any Steve Davison Photography mailing list you may be on, and any paper correspondence you may have had with us, such as a product purchase forms, will be destroyed.
